Bike Fitting
Cameron has competed in mountain biking and road biking for over 30 years with 20 years at the elite level. With his experience of riding and racing he is able to help cyclists attain their optimal bike setup to prevent injuries.
Our professional bike fitting process is designed to optimize your comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike. We use advanced techniques to analyze your riding style and make precise adjustments. Whether you’re a casual rider or a competitive cyclist, our goal is to enhance your cycling experience, prevent injuries, and get you back to doing what you love most – riding your bike.
$200 for bike fit 1.5-2 hours, includes follow up. $50 for bike sizing.

About Optimal Performance PT
Physical Therapy
Cameron has been practicing in physical therapy for 14 years in both outpatient orthopedic and acute care settings. He graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach in 2007 with a Masters in physical therapy and finished his doctorate in 2020 through University Medical Sciences Arizona.
Dry Needling
Cameron has extensive training in functional dry needling and utilizes this skill to help release trigger points. He believes in using a hands-on approach with an extensive home exercise program to help to get back to the activities you love.

In his spare time, Cameron enjoys mountain biking, hiking, paddleboarding, camping, snowboarding, and traveling with his partner Kirra and their two dogs, Penny and Peppa.
